We hope that you are happy with your order, but if this isn’t the case, we aim to offer the highest possible standards in customer service. So please contact us before returning any items to see if we can resolve any issues. Bespoke orders and items that have been resized are non-returnable. We are also unable to offer any returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
You may return your unworn jewellery within two weeks for an exchange or refund. Please email with your order number and personal details to request a return before sending it back to us.
Items must be returned in the same condition as sold and we will only accept items that meet this requirement. If the item shows evidence of wear or scratches, and we believe the item to have been worn we will not offer a refund or exchange. Postage costs will not be refunded and customers must pay for the recorded return postage. *Any items returned to us for refunds, exchanges or resizing MUST be sent using an insured or recorded postal service as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
