As all items here at Skin & Bone are carefully crafted by hand using traditional methods, any items that aren’t available to purchase instantly may take some time to be replenished. Alternatively, many items are available to purchase through ‘backorder’. These are items/sizes that are currently out of stock but can be made to order. Where applicable the product dropdown menu when selecting an option will either state ‘In stock’, ‘In stock, available on back order’ or ‘available on backorder’. The latter meaning the item is currently sold out but can be purchased and will be processed as a made to order. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be cast, hand finished, hallmarked and shipped out to you.

We aim to get items out to you as soon as possible, and in most cases its 3 weeks or less, but especially during busy periods it may take up to 4-6 weeks. In any of these cases, if you are in a rush for your item or require it for a special occasion, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate!

Any bespoke orders will have a timeframe discussed during the design consultation. Bespoke orders are scheduled on a first come first served basis. So please consider this if purchasing for a special occasion.

All items will be shipped securely by a tracked or insured postal service. Costs will be calculated at checkout.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

*Any items returned to us for refunds, exchanges or resizing MUST be sent using an insured/tracked postal service as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

International orders may incur duties or customs charges. These are not included in the price or postal charges. They are the responsibility of the buyer, and are calculated and charged by the local customs authority of that country.
